Fans of Fifth Harmony are devastated today after learning that Camila Cabello would be leaving the group to follow her dreams of a solo career. She was basically the Harry Styles of the group, so this exit is certainly going to hurt them.

Oddly enough, Cabello wasn’t the one who announced she was leaving. It was the four remaining members who told their fans on Twitter. And they definitely threw some shade her way, explaining that she wasn’t even the one who told them she was leaving.

They found out from her reps:

“After 4 and a half years of being together, we have been informed via her representatives that Camila has decided to leave Fifth Harmony. We wish her well. You Harmonizers have been there with us since the beginning, you’ve supported us, you’ve rejoiced and cried with us, you’ve grown with us, and with your love and support, we will continue on.”

And it’s their right to throw some shade. The fact that Camila didn’t have the respect to inform them herself is messed up, and seems to suggest that there was a lot of tension between the girls this past year.
