Production Has Officially Started On Season Four Of Netflix’s Hit Series ‘You’
One of Netflix’s most popular shows is coming back. Production has started on season four of ‘You‘ starring Penn Badgley, based on the series of novels by Caroline Kepnes.
The official Twitter account for the show tweeted out the photo you see below, marking the first day of filming…

At the end of season three, Joe went off to Paris to chase after his new obsession, Marianne, played by Tati Gabrielle. So, season four will take place in Paris. But we’re not sure if they’ll actually be filming in the city, or if they’ll recreate some set here in the states.
Not much is known about this fourth season, but we do know that ‘White Lotus‘ star Lukas Gage has joined the cast. He’ll be playing the role of Adam, who is described as a, “warm, funny and hard-partying son of a wealthy family who is famous for failing to meet their standards.”
Gage revealed the news back in February and said he was “supremely excited” about the opportunity.
Sadly, Joe murdered Love at the end of season three, so Victoria Pedretti won’t be in this fourth season, unless they bring her back to haunt Joe as a ghost, which I could certainly see happening.
It’s possible this fourth season could premiere as early as October 2022, but there’s a possibility we don’t see new episodes until 2023. We’ll keep you posted.
