‘Deadpool’ Star T.J. Miller Claims He Would Never Work With Ryan Reynolds Again Because He’s A Big Meanie

T.J. Miller is an interesting actor. He was a beloved comedian/actor at one point, starring in the hit comedy series, Silicon Valley, as well as movies like She’s Out Of My League, Office Christmas Party and of course Deadpool.

But in recent years, his career has been in a bit of a decline after what he described as a “manic episode” where he called in a fake bomb threat. He was also accused of erratic behavior on set and sexual misconduct.

He’s been trying to make a comeback, but it hasn’t been working out well. He did have a guest starring voice role in the Netflix series F is for Family, but that’s about it.

The 41-year-old star was on Adam Carolla’s podcast this past week, and during the interview, he claimed he wouldn’t return for Deadpool 3 even if they begged him.

Why? Because he hated working with Ryan Reynolds.

Would I work with him again? No, I would not work with him again.I got along with him a lot better on the first ‘Deadpool’ because he wasn’t a huge, huge movie star. We had a really weird moment on ‘Deadpool’ where he said, ‘Let’s do one more take.’ And then, as the character, he was horrifically mean to me as if I’m Weasel. So he was like, ‘You know what’s great about you, Weasel? You’re not the star, but you do just enough exposition so that it’s funny, and then we can leave and get back to the real movie.’

He claims the cast and crew were uncomfortable after the interaction and didn’t know how to respond. Miller also said that even if the studio offered him twice as much money, he wouldn’t come back for a third movie.

I think [Reynolds] should make a ‘Deadpool 3’ and continue to make movies. I just think he doesn’t like me, and I thought it was weird how he expressed that. I’m at a place in my life where I don’t need to do ‘Deadpool 3.

I mean… okay? I don’t think the studio would ever ask him to return, given his complicated history and sexual assault rumors. But I have a hard time believing if they offered him twice as much money, he would have turned it down just because Ryan was mean to him on set.

It’s not like the dude is swimming in offers. His pool is dry as f**k. Why else would he be on Adam Carolla’s podcast? Also what Ryan allegedly said is not even that far from the truth. Weasel was the comic relief.
