Does This Video Show Ben Affleck And Jennifer Lopez In Argument Over Potential Drinking?

Amateur investigators on TikTok have been desperately trying to decipher an exchange of words between Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez at the afterparty for Lopez’s new rom-com film, Shotgun Wedding.

The video, which was shot back on Jan 18th, shows what looks to be a visibly upset Affleck trying talk to Lopez. As he’s talking to her, she does not say anything back. Instead, she just glares at him as she takes a long sip of her drink.

Now, we don’t know for sure what he’s saying in this clip, but some people believe he’s saying, “I didn’t drink anything, okay? Jen?!”

Of course, Affleck has struggled with both a gambling addiction and an addiction to alcohol in the past, so we have to imagine him drinking (especially at a party for her) would upset her greatly.

But we don’t know if that’s what he’s saying in the clip. It does look like his ending word is definitely “Jen?” but before that, we have no idea. We could be completely misreading it.

Some people claim Lopez doesn’t even drink alcohol, so they believe the drink she was sipping was Ben’s, and she was testing it to see what it was. In previous interviews, Lopez has hinted she’s not a big drinker.

If the internet is reading this exchange correctly, that’s bad news for Ben & Jen. His drinking problem played a major role in his divorce with Jennifer Garner.

It would be a shame to see another marriage crumble because of the addiction. If Ben is struggling again, it might be time he get out of Hollywood and away from potential triggers.
