Insiders Claim Tom Cruise Is “Extremely” Interested In Finding Out If Shakira’s Hips Lie Or Not

Tom Cruise and Shakira… the couple? It could happen, according to at least a couple insiders who talked with PageSix. You see, Cruise and Shakira were photographed hanging out together at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Miami this past weekend.

This led some people to wonder if there was any chemistry between them, and according to the insiders, there is at least a little bit.

“He is extremely interested in pursuing her. There is chemistry,” one source told PageSix. Cruise is 60-years-old, while Shakira is only 46, but this is Hollywood, and older men land younger, more beautiful women all the time.

You’ll remember, Shakira recently split from her longtime boyfriend Gerard Pique following rumors he had an affair with his now-girlfriend, Clara Chia Marti.

Shakira needs a soft pillow to fall on, and that could be Tom. He’s a nice-looking guy, and he is talented. And she isn’t taller than him.

Cruise stands at around 5’7 while Shakira is reportedly around 5’2, so he’s got some inches on her, which is not usually the case for him. His former wife, Katie Holmes, was actually two inches taller than him.

According to one report, Cruise enjoyed talking to Shakira so much at the racing event that he sent her flowers shortly after.

The only issue I can see here is Scientology. Cruise is heavily involved in the church, and they don’t allow members to date outside the church, which means Shakira would have to join.
