Bam Margera Threatens To Smoke Crack Until He’s Dead Unless He’s Able To See His Son

The custody battle between former ‘Jackass‘ star Bam Margera and his estranged wife, Nicole Boyd, is getting sadder by the moment.

As you all know, Bam has suffered with addiction for several years now. He’s been in and out of rehab and nothing seems to work. His drug/alcohol addiction has caused him to lose out on several business opportunities, but perhaps more important, his addiction is making him lose out on time with his son, Phoenix.

For reasons we all understand, Boyd doesn’t exactly trust Bam with Phoenix at the moment, so she hasn’t let Bam see him, and this is causing Bam lots of stress.

The 43-year-old entertainer posted a now deleted Instagram post on Thursday, threatening to smoke crack with bums until he’s dead unless he gets to see his son.

I’m going to smoke crack with the bums down at the f–king boardwalk until I’m dead unless you deliver me f–king Phoenix. Get to work Nikki, or anyone that wants to help. I want Phoenix.

Yikes. He claims he hasn’t seen his son in two months and that it hurts him knowing he has to wake up everyday and not see him.

He also called out his mom and father, April and Phil, for driving him to drink more. He claims his dad told him he’s nothing but a “fat loser piece of sh*t drug addict.”

A lawyer for Boyd released a statement, noting their client wants Bam to get better.

She sincerely hopes that Bam can first achieve and then maintain sobriety, for his own good, and for the good of their son. People’s behavior does not drive others to drink. This is a typical defense mechanism, and it shows that Bam may not have learned much in his past addiction’s treatment. You have to take responsibility for your own actions.
