What does a filthy rich woman do after going through a very public divorce? She purchases a $4.59 million penthouse in Los Angeles, of course! The 51-year-old, who is allegedly still battling Lyme disease, traded in extra space for amazing views.

Her new home has 4,000 square feet of space, which is obviously a bit of a downgrade compared to her Malibu mansion that featured 12,000 square feet. The mansion was sold for a cool $27 million after the divorce was announced.

But like we said, it’s not about the space inside. Yolanda Foster‘s new place is located near the top of the 24-story Carlyle Residences. This means she has some beautiful views of the city. In addition to the views, the condo also has a private elevator, pool, stainless steel appliances and automated window shades.

I mean, just take a look at some of the photos below. Could you imagine taking a bath while looking out that window? I’m nearly having an orgasm just thinking about it.

Good for her. Hopefully this space will help her continue to recover and relax. By the way, for those of you who believe she is making this Lyme disease thing up, even her ex-husband David Foster has her back.

It is so frustrating to see headlines questioning her chronic debilitating illness. I have been by Yolanda’s side over the past four years to the best of my ability as she battled with the complexities of her Lyme diagnosis.
