Instagram Live Clip Resurfaces Showing An Extremely Awkward/Tense Moment Between Will Smith And Jada!
Thanks to the slap heard ’round the world, people have been doing a deep dive into Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith’s relationship. Internet detectives are trying to find any evidence to support their narrative of an unhappy marriage.
And it looks like they found a pretty significant piece of evidence. An old clip from one of Jada’s Instagram live sessions has resurfaced.
In this clip, which went viral on Reddit, Jada turned the camera on Will and asked him how he felt about therapist/author Esther Perel, who she credited with saving their marriage. Perel was scheduled to be an upcoming guest on Jada’s Red Table Talk.
She asked Will, “Would you say she has been instrumental in you and I redefining our relationship?”
But for some reason, Will was not wanting to participate in the conversation. He told her, with a sad look on his face, “I would say, don’t just start filming me without asking me if you can film me.”
And that’s when Jada turned the camera back on herself and was like, “Esther, come help us again please, I’m still dealing with foolishness.”
Will responded:
Don’t… Nah, nah. My social media presence is my bread and butter, okay? So you can’t just use me for social media and not… I’m standing in my house. Don’t just start rolling.
Jada ended the awkward clip by saying, “Please watch Esther at the Red Table… because she’s helped us a lot, can’t you tell?”
Yiiikes. This clip is weird as hell. People seem to be taking Will’s side in this, because for some reason the internet has just decided Jada is some toxic abuser without any real evidence to support their claims.
Personally, I see them both being the problem. It’s weird of Jada to put him on the spot like that, but it’s also a bizarre response from Will. He can’t talk to his wife’s Instagram because it’s his “bread and butter”… what da hell? They’re not speaking to each other like husband and wife. It feels like some weird business transaction.
I don’t necessarily think one is more toxic than the other, but I do think they’re extremely toxic together. LET THE MARRIAGE GO, Y’ALL! NO ONE CARES IF YOU GUYS ARE STILL MARRIED OR NOT!
