YIKES! ‘One Direction’ Star Shocks Fans With Ridiculously Chiseled Jaw, Cosmetic Surgeons Speculate On What He Had Done!

What in the world is happening with Liam Payne’s face? Uh, we’re not 100% sure, but something is definitely happening with it, and we’re a little afraid.

The 29-year-old ‘One Direction‘ star posed for photos at the premiere of his former bandmate Louis Tomlinson’s new film, All of Those Voices.

And all anyone could talk about was how different his face looked. His face looks like it had all the fat sucked out of it. The dude looks like Zoolander.

Liam has always had a little bit of fat in his face. Nothing extreme, but he had chubbier cheeks, as you can see in the photo below…

So what in the hell happened? Well, most cosmetic surgery experts agree he had buccal fat removal. The procedure removes the naturally-occurring pad of fat in the cheek hollow area. People get it so they can have a defined jawline, but there are some negatives.

You can cause premature aging by just randomly taking out people’s buccal fat. If you do it on somebody who’s skinny, as soon as they hit their 30s and maybe even early 40s, their face will look hollow and gaunt and aged.

The procedure can cost anywhere from $5,000 to $20,000. Liam is reportedly worth over $50 million, so it was pocket change for him.

Hopefully he likes this new look because buccal fat removal is not reversible.

Hard agree on that. I mean, it looks like he’s in constant pain.

But hey… if it makes him happy? I have a feeling we’re going to be saying that a lot as plastic surgery gets more and more advanced.
