Soulja Boy Arrested: Weed & Guns found in the Caddie Escalade!

I’ve defended Soulja Boy in the past, but when you are dumb, then you are just plain dumb.

In traditional Smack Talk fashion when a rapper gets arrested we must use his government name, because it makes them sound like the cornball, chump, they really are.

DeAndre Cortez Way a.k.a Soulja boy was stopped in Georgia while driving a rented Escalade.  Guess what time it was?   3:00 AM.  It’s always 3:00 AM!! (See Florida arrest, See Mitchel Musso).  When the cops pulled him over they found marijuana and guns in the car.

He was taken to Carroll County jail for felony possession of marijuana, which means there must have been a crap load.  All 5 people in the car were taken downtown and charged with: possession, possession with the intent to distribute and possession of a firearm.

Between money and weed there was over $70,000 worth of contraband. Soulja Boy could be looking at some serious time.  Possession of more than an ounce for personal use could get you 12 months, however trafficking can get you 30 years.

After lying about buying a 55 million jet, not supporting our troops and now this, Soulja has had one hell of a year.

All I have to say is, “Don’t drop the Soap Homie”
