Kendrick Lamar Goes After Drake at BET Hip Hop Awards

You probably remember that Kendrick Lamar went after almost everyone in the hip-hop game with his ‘Control’ verse awhile back.

Here is what he said to refresh your memory,

“I’m usually homeboys with the same nig–s I’m rhyming with….But this is hop hop and them nig–s should know what time it is.

And that goes for Jermaine Cole, Big K.R.I.T., Wale, Pusha T, Meek Mill, A$AP Rocky, Drake, Big Sean, Jay Electron’, Tyler, Mac Miller. I got love for you all but I’m tryna murder you nig–s…Tryna make sure your core fans never heard of you ni–gs.”

Clearly, Lamar is not afraid to make a few enemies, and he proved that again at the BET Hip Hop Awards.

According to reports, Lamar slammed Drake during a freestyle verse at the awards show. He didn’t actually mention Drake by name, but it’s pretty obvious who he was talking about.

“Yeah…and nothing’s been the same since they dropped Control and tucked a sensitive rapper back in his pajama clothes.

Ha ha joke’s on you, high-five…I’m bulletproof, your sh-t never penetrates. Pin the tail on the donkey, boy you been a fake.”

That’s right, folks. Sh-t just got real. Drake has not responded to the verbal beat down as of yet, but we’re sure he will at some point.

Personally, I think it was kind of low of Lamar to go after someone in a wheelchair…

Not cool, man. Hasn’t Drake suffered enough?
