Blake Lively’s Secret To Staying Thin? Don’t Work Out And Eat Chocolate!

The beautiful Blake Lively looks like she must be on a hardcore workout routine. I mean, just look at her picture down below…

I get a workout every time I look at it, if you know what I mean. Anyway, the 26-year-old actress claims that she hardly ever works out and she doesn’t have some strict diet. In fact, she claims that she eats chocolate just about everyday.


She told Vogue Paris the following,

“I’m always on the go. I don’t need to have a (trainer) or pay attention to what I eat. I can’t start my day without a cup of hot milk chocolate or finish without crunching on a few dark chocolate squares. It’s good for my morale.”

This isn’t surprising come from Blake. She told Marie Claire last year that her “good metabolism” was the secret behind her body,

“That and a good metabolism. I could lie and put it down to dog walking, but you would be well within your rights to call my bluff: my dog weighs three pounds. I take six steps and she’s done for. In a few more years, I’ll need to have a new secret, as in an incredibly strict diet regime.”

Now, before all of you stop working out and go back to eating Cocoa Puffs for breakfast, listen closely to what she said. Notice she said “a few dark chocolate squares.” The keywords there being “ a few” and “dark chocolate.”

One serving of dark chocolate is around 150 calories, which is not a lot. Some doctors say eating a few squares of dark chocolate everyday is good for you, so don’t let Blake Lively fool you with this chocolate sh-t.

She’s not eating Oreos and whole milk for a midnight snack. You can bet your skinny bum that she tracks the calories she is eating.
