Uh-Oh…Already Trouble In Paradise? Sources Claim Gigi Hadid’s Friends Don’t Approve Of Zayn Malik!

We all know you must impress a girl’s friends if you want to truly win her heart. During the early stages of a relationship, your girlfriend is going to be talking about you with her friends all the freaking time, and what do you want them saying? “No…he’s not right for you.” That could be disastrous.

Which is why our boy Zayn Malik might be in a little trouble. As most of you One Direction fans should know, the 22-year-old singer has been dating the 20-year-old supermodel Gigi Hadid for a few weeks now. Obviously, the relationship is still very fresh, so they are not even close to being “serious” yet.

But it looks like Gigi’s friends are praying it doesn’t become serious. According to a few insiders who talked with E! News, her friends don’t understand the attraction. Yeah, he was in one of the biggest bands in the world, but apparently he’s a little awkward and reclusive in real life…

Her friends do not quite understand what the attraction is. He is not her usual type, he doesn’t share her sense of humor or ease with people [and] he’s a little more self-aware and awkward.

Just to refresh your memory, Hadid’s recent exes include Cody Simpson and Joe Jonas, so it’s not like she’s been dating Ryan Gosling. I would say it’s pretty clear she has a type, and at least from the outside it looks like Zayn fits right in.

Her friends add that she could “date anyone she wants,” which I guess means they don’t feel like Zayn is good enough for their girl. We’ll see what happens, but if this report is true, I don’t see the relationship lasting too long.

Maybe it’s Zayn who deserves better? Although, Gigi does look pretty good. It probably doesn’t get much better than this…
