Let me tell you who she’s talking about, can I tell you who she’s talking about? She’s talking about you. You put that in context for you personally. She’s talking about you and everybody that is you, that’s who she’s talking about.

WHAT? No! That answer is unacceptable, Mathew! You can’t twist this around and act as if her words mean nothing to her personally. If I decided to become a recording artist tomorrow, I wouldn’t write an entire album about infidelity just to please those fans who have been cheated on. I’d write about sh-t that’s happening to me. That’s what a great artist does, and I think we can all agree Beyonce is a great artist.

But we understand her father doesn’t want to touch the drama, so he probably made the right move with that silly answer.
