Doja Cat Puts ‘Stranger Things’ Star Noah Schnapp On Blast After He Shares Their Private DMs

Poor Noah Schnapp. His character in ‘Stranger Things’ can’t seem to catch a break. He spent most of this past season secretly crying. And we have to imagine real life Noah might be fighting back tears currently as well, after Doja Cat called him out on TikTok.

The drama started when the 26-year-old artist reached out to him in a private message. She sent him a message saying, “Noah can you tell Joseph to hmu? Wait no. Does he have a girlfriend?”

For those who don’t know, Joseph Quinn is the English actor who played the lovable Eddie Munson character in the most recent ‘Stranger Things’ season. Quinn’s not big on social media, so Doja Cat had trouble locating him.

Noah wrote back, encouraging her to slide into his DMs, she replied, “I don’t know his Instagram or Twitter. He doesn’t have a DM to slide in.”

How do we know all this? Well, Noah posted a playful TikTok video sharing the messages. Part of him probably thought it would be funny, and perhaps the other part of him thought it would get to Quinn? Or maybe he just wanted to let people know he had huge stars like Doja Cat messaging him.

Whatever the case, Doja Cat did NOT like it. Noah has since removed the video from his TikTok, but not before Doja went on TikTok live to address the issue.

First let’s try to be chill about it. To be fair, this is like a kid. I don’t know how old he is, but there’s no way he’s over 21. When you’re that young, you make mistakes. You do dumb s–t. I’m trying to be super fair. You f–k up relationships with people, you make mistakes—like you’re supposed to so that you know not to do it in the future. I did my share of f–ked up so that I don’t f–k up again.

Like, that’s like borderline snake s–t. That’s like, weasel s–t. And like, I’m not saying that encapsulates his entire personality. Noah is not like the definition—like I wouldn’t imagine he is. Maybe he is?

I mean, I understand what she’s saying. If you want to be trusted in Hollywood, you can’t go around sharing private DMs from other celebrities. That being said, I kinda put a lot of the blame on Doja Cat in this situation for trusting a 17-year-old. Also, if she really didn’t want this to get out, she could have told him, “Don’t post this!”

In any event, we’re sure Noah is pretty embarrassed right now. But he’s young. He’ll learn.
