Taylor Swift’s Ex-Boyfriend Joe Alwyn Is Reportedly “Distraught” Over News She Has Moved On With Matty Healy

Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn were together for six years and at one point had marriage on the brain. It finally looked like Swift had found her prince charming.

But that all changed earlier this year when they broke up. It was a shocking split, made even more shocking by the fact that Swift has moved on just a couple months later. According to multiple insiders, not only are Swift’s fans distraught over this news, Alwyn is as well. A source told the Daily Mail that the 32-year-old actor feels “slighted and is distraught” over Swift moving on so quickly with Healy.

The actor is upset because he put his ‘trust’ in the ‘Anti-Hero’ singer when she told him that she and the 1975 frontman were just ‘friends’ as they worked together on her album ‘Midnights,’ which was released in October 2022.

But now it looks like Alwyn believes they were more than just friends, or were at least flirting with each other behind his back. It’s an interesting develop in this Joe/Taylor saga, as some people in the beginning of this split believed it was Joe who cheated on Taylor.

Of course, it’s entirely possible neither one of them cheated and they just grew apart, but it seems like Swift knew she had something waiting for her post-split.

By the way, another source claims Swift and Healy are already “madly in love” despite only dating for a month.

It’s super-early days, but it feels right. They first dated, very briefly, almost 10 years ago, but the timings just didn’t work out.
