Watch: NFL Players Read Mean Tweets On ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’

And while every edition of “Mean Tweets” is hilarious, we have to admit this one could have been better. We are not sure if NFL fans just aren’t that clever, or if the team involved with picking the tweets just got lazy.

I think we could all see that Michael Strahan joke coming a mile away. He has probably heard it all by now, but I respect him for keeping the gap. The 42-year-old told Elle Magazine that he came extremely close to closing the gap up.

“I was at the dentist having him do mock-ups. I thought about it, man…I was in my twenties. I was playing with the Giants. There’s so much pressure to be perfect. You can fix everything now. For me, I made the conscious effort to say ‘This is who I am.’ I’m not perfect. I don’t want to try to be perfect.”

Respect, bro.
